Join us for an unforgettable overnight adventure at Cheow Lan Lake in Khao Sok National Park! Immerse yourself in the lush rainforest and the crystal-clear waters of the Emerald Pool at Nam Rad Watershed Forest. After a day of exploration, settle in for the night at a beautiful raft house on the lake.

Experience a breathtaking sunset over the stunning landscape as you embark on a wilderness safari by boat, keeping an eye out for wildlife in its natural habitat. Discover the majestic highlights of the lake and explore intriguing caves. With a small group size, this tour promises an intimate and memorable experience in one of Thailand's most beautiful natural gems.

Brief Itinerary

Day 1:

At 7:00 am, you will be picked up from your hotel in Khao Lak by an air-conditioned vehicle and an English-speaking guide. You will then head to Khao Sok National Park, which takes around 2 hours to reach Takhun District. Here, you will visit "The Emerald Pool" at "Nam Rad Watershed", a unique forest with a watershed, where you can swim in a crystal-clear creek and enjoy the surrounding greenery.

Later, you will arrive at "Cheow Lan Lake" and take a boat trip to see its highlights. After that, you will have lunch at the raft house and check-in to the charming floating bungalows with a breathtaking view of the lake.

In the late afternoon, you will board a boat to sightsee and enjoy the landscape during sunset. You will even have the chance to see some wild animals foraging. Our guide and boatman will help you to spot them. You can expect to see birdlife, reptiles, and some mammals. You can enjoy the sunset moments in nature before heading back to the raft house for dinner. You can spend the night under the stars and enjoy the sound of nature in this truly unique place.

Accommodation: You will stay at either Phupa Waree Raft House or Laguna Cheow Lan, depending on availability. The bungalow is air-conditioned with a private toilet and shower. Electricity is available from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Day 2:

Start your day by waking up early to enjoy a cup of coffee while relaxing or taking a kayak ride to witness the breathtaking morning scenery as the sun rises behind the mountain peaks over the jungle. Afterward, return to the raft house for breakfast and check out.

Next, embark on a jungle walk along a 2-3 kilometer trail. Our guide will help you get acquainted with the local flora and fauna while you enjoy the sounds of the jungle. After your walk, you'll take a boat ride to the lake's iconic spot, known as the "Three Brother Pillar," where you can take pictures and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You will also have the chance to explore the Diamond Cave, featuring stunning stalagmites and stalactites.

After getting back to the pier, enjoy a delicious Thai lunch at a local restaurant. Before returning to Khao Lak, we'll make a quick stop to capture the panoramic view from the Khao Sok viewpoint.

You will arrive back at your resort in Khao Lak at approximately 2:00 PM.

Bring : photo of passport, sun protection, camera, towel and spare clothes, tooth brush and toothpaste, phone charger, comfortable shoes and closed-toed shoes, insect repellent, swimming gear, and some snacks, all fit in rucksack (would be best with waterproof one).

Tip : To save your accom expense, you can check out your resort, and leave your luggage at the resort or us while you are on the tour.

Cancellation Policy : Cancel at least 3 days in advance of the start date of the tour. Late cancellation will incur 3,000.- thb per person for room cancellation fee.

FYI :

- Khao Sok Lake, Cheow Lan Lake, and Rajjaprabha Lake are the same lake.

- Electricity is on from 6 pm to 6 am.

- The bungalow is with private toilet and a shower.

- The order of activities in the itinerary can be rearranged to avoid tourist crowds or suit the weather conditions.

- We pick up early, you may want to order the breakfast box from your resort to have on the way on the first day.

- Water and drinks are provided throughout the trip.

- Khao Sok is the wettest place in Thailand, raining is very common. If it is storming we will cancel the tour, without any charge.

- We can drop you off after the tour at any address in Khao Sok Village or Khao Lak area.

- The joined tour, we max NOT more than 8 people per group.

- If your booking group has 6 people or more, we will upgrade to "Private Tour".
